Terms of service

Tradeglyph is an online trading journal and performance analytics platform. It allows traders to synchronise their trades from crypto exchanges, analyse their performance and benefit from automated analyses. The service is offered under three subscription plans: Free (free, perpetual, limited features), Pro (monthly or annual subscription, full features), and Algo (monthly or annual subscription, all features including TradingView webhooks). Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page and may be modified at any time without retroactive effect on existing subscriptions.

Subscribing to a paid plan constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The customer acknowledges having reviewed the service characteristics prior to subscribing. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided upon registration.

Prices are shown in euros (€) excluding tax. Applicable VAT is calculated according to the legislation in force in the customer's country and added to the pre-tax amount. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the anniversary date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed in a single payment for 12 months. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled by the customer before the due date.

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc., a PCI-DSS certified payment service provider. Tradeglyph has no access to the customer's banking data, which is processed exclusively by Stripe. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). In the event of payment failure, the subscription is suspended after a 7-day grace period.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer. By subscribing and immediately accessing the service, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal. However, as a commercial gesture, Tradeglyph offers a full refund upon request within 7 days of the first paid subscription, without justification. Requests must be sent to hello@tradeglyph.com.

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription in the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is made for unused periods. After cancellation, the account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. Customer data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted upon request.

Tradeglyph aims to maintain the service available 24/7, with a monthly uptime target of 99.5%. Planned maintenance interruptions may occur and are announced at least 24 hours in advance by email. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours, a subscription extension will be offered as compensation.

Tradeglyph is an analysis and performance tracking tool. It does not constitute investment advice. The information and analyses provided are for indicative purposes only. Tradeglyph's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the customer over the past 12 months.

The subscription grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Tradeglyph service. The customer may not reproduce, modify, distribute or resell all or part of the service.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Tradeglyph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after this date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brest (France). EU consumers may also access the European online dispute resolution platform.
